Giuseppe Spiotta, AIA

Giuseppe Spiotta, AIA, joined RKTB as a Project Designer in 2014. He was promoted to Associate in April of 2026. Mr. Spiotta has worked on a wide range of projects including renovation work for shelters managed by New York’s Department of Homeless Services, as well as The Allerton, a 32-unit affordable housing development in Bronx, NY, the first project on which Mr. Spiotta led project management on his own. He has also contributed to the firm’s work on PreK-12 public school facilities for the New York City School Construction Authority.

Previously, he served as an intern at Gavosto Associates and was promoted to Architectural Project Leader in 2012. He credits his interest in designing buildings to growing up in a family of contractors and enjoying watching the process of construction and problem-solving.

In his spare time, Spiotta enjoys working out, gardening, coaching his son’s little league team, and travel with his wife and two young children – especially to Italy, where he has family roots.
