Description: Renovation of a landmark 1930s Art Deco automated parking facility into a mixed-use condominium containing both offices and residences required the complex restoration of original brickwork and terra-cotta ornamentation as well as reconfiguration into ninety-four apartments on seventeen floors plus nine floors of office space.
