Description: For UPK K491 RKTB converted a three-story medical facility in Bensonhurst into a universal preschool with five classrooms, an exercise room, and associated offices and staff rooms. The front facade has been entirely recreated with new window openings, entrances, and stucco; the rear yard has been renovated to provide a play space with new equipment for the preschoolers. The remainder of the exterior space has been rehabilitated to provide access around the entire building.
