Description: These two new infill buildings on 5th Avenue between West 118th and West 119th Streets re-establish a New York City block that had been left incomplete for many years. Both new buildings are thematically similar and relate architecturally to the early 20th century context of the surrounding neighborhood. The project includes a total of thirty-seven residential units, commercial ground floors, new sidewalks and over 4,000 square feet of community facility space.
