Description: This project is a further application of the infill-site prototype for affordable housing originally developed for Prospect Gardens. It consists of six buildings at Dean and Bergen streets in Crown Heights, with a total of forty-eight apartments, including top-floor duplexes and glass-enclosed stairwells clearly visible from the street.
