Description: Based on RKTB’s “Smart Housing” infill prototype, this project adds 48 units of affordable housing in Bushwick, Brooklyn. It is comprised of seven separate residential buildings on four separate lots. The project was developed by CPCR on sites required under the HPD cornerstone program.
