Description: Based on RKTB’s Smart Housing infill prototype, Msgr. Anthony J. Barretta Apartments features a total of 64 units in 8 buildings, 8 units of which have been set aside as Section 8 apartments. It was designed as a sustainable project with the intention of obtaining a LEED rating. An HPD project, it was originally named "Our Lady of Loreto" for the church that is still standing on the site; original plans called for its rehabilitation and incorporation into the design as a community facility.
