Description: 166 Montague is one of the most distinguished landmarks in Brooklyn Heights. RKTB converted the historic, ten-story Franklin Trust building, c. 1891, into a mixed-use development housing twenty-five residential condominium units, a 5,000 square-foot office suite, and 5,000 square feet of retail space.
