Two new, eight-story, mixed-use buildings between 118th and 119th Streets were developed under the Quality Housing provisions of the New York City Zoning Resolution to relate to the existing neighborhood. They provide thirty-seven apartments, from studios to three-bedroom units, community facilities, and commercial space.
