As part of the Jamaica Transportation Corporation’s program of enhancements, RKT&B has created an inviting series of retail shops and improved facilities for Long Island Rail Road employees within a formerly forbidding and divisive arch along Sutphin Boulevard. When completed, it will complement the southeast side of the underpass, which was upgraded as part of the new AirTrain Terminal.
