RKTB is extremely proud of our commitment to the design excellence and the quality of service that we have provided to our clients for over fifty years. At RKTB we believe that an architectural firm’s reputation should be based on its creative talent, track record of successful projects, technical knowledge and collaborative spirit in order to achieve solutions which fully address our client’s needs. This website allows us to share a sampling of the broad range of work produced for a varied group of clients. Hopefully you will find the work informative and as inspired as the spirit in which it was created.
This new commercial building at 433 Broadway in Manhattan’s historic SoHo Cast Iron District is the home of Cubico.co, an office community featuring shared creative space. RKTB was presented with a 2017 Award of Merit for Professional Design Excellence from SARA NY (the local Council of the Society of American Registered Architects) for the project, which was also named a 2017 A+Awards Finalist by Architizer in the Office Mid-Rise Category. One of the most important factors in designing the building was respecting the neighborhood context while still creating a contemporary, efficient, and high-tech space.
